What we install

Roofs built for Front Range weather.

Hail, wind, freeze-thaw, and high-altitude sun — Northern Colorado is hard on roofs. We replace every kind of residential roof with materials chosen to survive here.

Asphalt shingle

The workhorse of Colorado roofs — quality architectural shingles from Owens Corning, Malarkey, and CertainTeed, installed to manufacturer spec.

Class 4 impact-resistant

Shingles rated to shrug off hail. Many Colorado insurers offer premium discounts for Class 4 roofs — ask your agent, and ask us about the upgrade.

High-pitch & shake

Steep roofs and shake replacements take experience and the right safety setup. We've done plenty of both across Northern Colorado.

Good to know

Replacement questions, answered straight.

Do I need a full replacement, or will a repair do?

It depends on the age of the roof, how widespread the damage is, and what's under the shingles. Our free inspection gives you an honest answer either way — if a repair is enough, that's what we'll recommend.

Is a Class 4 roof worth it in Colorado?

Often, yes. Impact-resistant shingles cost more up front but stand up far better to Front Range hail, and many Colorado insurers discount premiums for them. Over the life of the roof, that math frequently works out in your favor.

Will my insurance pay for a new roof?

If the roof was damaged by hail or wind, your homeowner's policy likely covers replacement minus your deductible. We document the damage and manage the claim so your coverage actually covers it.

What's behind the 5-year craftsmanship warranty?

Manufacturer warranties cover the shingles — our craftsmanship warranty covers the workmanship. If an installation issue shows up down the road, we come back and make it right.
